Your game code is a digital product, delivered by email within minutes of purchase. No physical item will be shipped.

If your code hasn't arrived within 24 hours, or it doesn't work, contact hello@foulplay.games and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
